We're passionate about agriculture and understand the unpredictable nature of farming. We work with top crop insurance companies to provide the cover you need and the service that you want.

One of our goals is to provide service on your terms, whether that be in person, over the phone, or online. We want to make crop insurance as easy as possible for you through simplified forms and clear communication.

Kayla Weaver

Kayla is the owner and principal agent for Crossroads Crop Insurance. Growing up on a farm and earning a degree in agriculture from The Ohio State University, she is passionate about the industry and enjoys working with farmers.

​

Also a fully licensed property and casualty agent, Kayla can serve your additional insurance needs in farm, home, auto, commercial and excess market insurance. Taking her education to the next level, Kayla earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2018 and the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation in 2020.

Kayla is active in the local community serving in various capacities with Wyandot County 4-H, Upper Sandusky FFA, as a director on the Wyandot County Fair Board and a long time volunteer and past President of the Wyandot County Farm Bureau.  In 2019, Kayla was awarded both the Upper Sandusky FFA Honorary Chapter Degree and the Ohio FFA Honorary State Degree for her support of the FFA and work within the agriculture industry.

Steve Brown

An fully licensed insurance agent with extensive experience in farm and commercial exposures, Steve knows he can better serve his clients by being knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance.

 

Based in Sunbury, Steve works with clients in central Ohio and all across the state. Steve plays a leadership role in many organizations in his community and as an active alum of Otterbein University.

Candace Weaver

While she married into the farm life, Candace has quickly realized the changing demands of the seasons and the stress that comes with farming.

 

While serving as a part-time agent, Candace also works as a dental hygienist and is raising four daughters and a son, with her husband Kelby. She still finds time to volunteer at  the kids' school, be a part of the Upper Sandusky FFA Alumni Boosters and serves as a 4-H Cloverbud Advisor.
